Studio (Double bed)

We invite you to stay in a Studio room, a space where every detail is thought out for your convenience. The room size starts from 28 m², and it is ideal for both a business trip and for relaxing in the company of loved ones.

A space for relaxation and work

Here you will find everything you need to feel at home:

• A comfortable double bed (150×200 cm) with a soft mattress, fluffy pillows and snow—white linens - for a really sound and comfortable sleep. If necessary, we will be happy to provide an extra bed.
• A workplace with a desk and a chair — so that you can work productively, even while traveling.
• The lounge area with a soft headset is the perfect place to relax with a cup of tea and watch your favorite movie.

Room facilities

We have made sure that you feel comfortable:

• free Wi‑Fi — stay in touch with your family and colleagues;
• mini fridge ‑ store drinks and light snacks;
• LCD TV with satellite channels — for a pleasant stay;
• air conditioning — create an ideal microclimate in the room (not available in all rooms);
• telephone — for communication with the reception and hotel services;
• individual safe — securely store valuables;
• wardrobe for outerwear — carefully place your belongings;
• The tea station is a moment of comfort in every day.

We are especially happy to welcome young travelers! At the Maxima Irbis Hotel, children are always welcome and special guests:

• children up to and including 10 years stay free of charge when staying with their parents without providing an extra bed;
• For kids under 3 years old, we will be happy to install a baby cot — just let us know in advance.

• the offer is valid when booking a room for a period of 30 nights or more at the RO (Room Only) rate;
• the cost of accommodation is paid 100% upon booking;
• in case of cancellation or change of the reservation, the amount will not be refunded.
