Welcome to our cozy apartments!

Let me introduce you to a modern room with an area of 20 m² or more, decorated in calm, soothing colors — an ideal place to relax and recuperate.

What awaits you in the room:

• A comfortable double bed (140×200 cm) is your guarantee of a comfortable and sound sleep (no extra space is provided).
• A cozy workplace with free high‑speed Wi-Fi — work with pleasure, even while traveling.
• A TV with satellite channels and a telephone for communication with the reception are all for your comfort.
• Stylish dining area with everything necessary for cooking and eating:
  • built-in sink;
  • electric kettle and tea steamer;
  • a microwave oven;
  • induction cooker;
  • mini fridge;
  • a set of dishes and cutlery.

If you wish, you can order breakfast in your room — for a fee, but right before you wake up in the morning!

• Bathroom with shower or bathtub — to relax after a long day or flight. Here you will also find:
  • hair dryer;
  • a set of soft towels;
  • detergent dispenser;
  • customized cosmetics (soap, shampoo, etc.).

Special benefits for long-term guests

If you plan to stay with us for 30 days or more, we are pleased to offer you free use of the laundry room on the 5th floor. It is equipped with a washing machine and dryer — now taking care of things will become even easier!

Additional free services for all guests:

• calling a taxi;
• an alarm clock — so that you don't miss anything;
• access to the ironing room.

Traveling with a child?

We are especially glad to welcome the younger guests at the Maxima Irbis Hotel! For us, every child is a special, long—awaited guest, to whom we give attention, care and a good mood:

• children under 10 years old are accommodated free of charge (provided they stay with their parents without providing an extra bed);
• For children under 3 years old, we will be happy to provide a baby cot upon request.
